Batch E-mail Billing
PCLaw 14 expands the software’s e-mail billing capabilities through the introduction of batch e-mail billing. The new e-mail billing queue allows you to send multiple bills by e-mail quickly and easily, helping you save time generating and delivering client invoices.

My Clients Dashboard
To help you quickly and easily document information to a client’s file, the following capabilities have been added to the My Clients dashboard:
- Record a collection memo for a client
- Add a phone call to/from a client
Work-in-Progress Report
Never Bill items can be excluded from the Work-in-Progress Report in PCLaw 14, giving you the true value of your current work and client disbursements.
Contact Manager
You can sort the Contact Manager by Firm Name to help you quickly find the information you seek.
Tokens
The following new tokens have been added in PCLaw 14, to give you more flexibility in your daily work:
- E-mail Address token for bills (for the billing or client e-mail address)
- Destroy Date token for case labels
